In order to create the best possible experience for our attendees we ask you to provide us with a video of yourself presenting on any subject. The video has to be in english.
Don't have a video? Record a 2-5 minute video with your mobile phone. The video quality is irrelevant, it's your speaking sills that count.

We would appreciate it if you could hang around for as long as possible. Preferably the whole conference. Presenting is only half of the job, the other half is being around, answering questions and inspiring people.

Pitch yourself in no more than 100 words. Will not be published, but used in the selection process.



Any flight or hotel booking made by the speakers themselves will not be reimbursed.

We understand that other companies might contact you and invite you to speak while you're at Øredev. That's fine by us but if we pay for your travel and/or accommodation we require that the other company pays for 1/3 of whatever costs we have for travel and accommodation. This is valid for all commercial entities.


We understand that user groups, communities and other non commercial entities might contact you and invite you to speak while you're at Øredev. That's fine by us but if we pay for travel and/or accommodation we would appreciate to be mentioned on the groups home page.

Our conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof). We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. Conference participants/speakers violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers.
