This year Øredev will shine its spotlight on efficiency.
To stay competitive in the
ever-changing global business environment and especially within our knowledge-based economies, businesses have to continually focus on developing their employees' knowledge.
We need to deliver high performance i.e. setting the right targets to achieve our goals, and getting things done.
This becomes even more important during unstable economic times when businesses are looking to gain ground wherever they can.
We specifically asked this year’s speakers to focus on delivering
methodological approaches or technical knowledge that you can put into practice in your daily work.
After each conference seminar we will offer a 'chalk-talk' so you can go into further detail on the
subject with the session speaker.

Keynotes
Marc Lesser will open the conference with the keynote address "Accomplishing more by doing less" on Wednesday the 4th of November.
Rebecca Wirfs-Brock will present "What Drives Design" and Robert Sabourdin will get us "Out of the frying pan and into the fire - Efficiency in Scrum".
Further keynote presenters are Cameron Purdy and Scott Hanselman - more details to come!
